Our Pain Management physicians at Ambulatory Surgery Center Brooklyn have been named several times in NY Magazine's Best Pain Management Doctor List. They currently work closely with the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), Eastern Pain Association (EPA), the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS) and various state societies, to support educational events and develop new courses. They hold leadership positions with the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain (ASRA) and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA).
Our physicians are at the forefront of utilizing ultrasound guidance to perform pain procedures and promote the safe and effective use of ultrasound in the performance of various procedures such as Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Caudal Epidurals, Selective Nerve Root Blocks, Cluneal Nerve Blocks, Ganglion Impar Blocks, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Brachial Plexus Blocks and Joint Injections. Most of our Pain Management procedures at our innovative pain care center are done under Fluoroscopy and include fluoroscopic guided cervical and lumbar procedures in addition to Radio Frequency Ablation and Neuromodulation MILD Procedure for Spinal Stenosis.
